Acceptable Use Policy

PhotoLoop generates video and images from what you type and upload. This page states plainly what you may not generate. It applies to everyone, on the free tier and on paid credits alike, and it applies to what you upload as well as what comes out.

These rules are part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can cost you your account without a refund.

1. Sexual content is prohibited outright

You may not use PhotoLoop to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised depiction of a minor, real or synthetic. This is a permanent, no-warning ban and may be reported to the authorities.
• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind, including nudity and erotica, whether or not the people depicted are real.
• Intimate or sexualised imagery of a real person made without that person's consent.

There is no adult mode, no "uncensored" mode, and no unfiltered tier. We do not offer one and we will not build one. Asking support to unlock one is not a request we can grant.

2. Real people and likenesses

• No face swaps, deepfakes, or manipulation of a real person's face, voice, or likeness.
• No impersonation of a real person or organisation in order to deceive, including political disinformation and fake endorsements.
• Only upload photographs you have the right to use. If a recognisable person appears in your image, you need their permission.

3. Harmful content

• No graphic violence or gore.
• No content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or terrorism.
• No harassment, threats, defamation, or incitement to violence or hatred against people.
• No instructions for weapons, drugs, or other seriously dangerous activity.
• No content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• No content that is illegal where you are, or where we operate.

4. Abuse of the service itself

• No bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or VPN rotation to get around the free-tier limit, the bot check, or credit charges.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or wrapping PhotoLoop as your own product.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• No scraping the service or using it to build a dataset.

5. How we enforce this

Prompts submitted to PhotoLoop are screened before generation, and we may review generated output. We can remove content, refuse a generation, and suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without a refund. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.

To report a violation, email support@photoloopai.com with the URL and what is wrong with it. We reply to reports within three business days.

6. About the AI models we use

PhotoLoop is an independent product. It is an interface built on top of third-party AI models, which we reach through a provider. Model names shown in the product — such as Seedance, Wan, Kling, and MiniMax — identify those integrations. They are the trademarks of their respective owners. PhotoLoop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Those providers have their own usage rules, and your generations are subject to them as well as to this policy.
